When I thought about creating the collector's edition of my romance novel "What if it was right before my eyes," the question of a hardcover book came up with my ambassadors (Thanks again to them for their always relevant opinions, no matter the time).
Is a collector's item necessarily an exorbitant luxury? Should a romance collector's edition cost more than a classic book?
To keep reading accessible, I chose to only offer paperback books.
No hardcover. No dust jacket. No sprayed edges.
A simple romance novel, where the story takes precedence over everything else.
But a collector's edition still has differences:
- more airy typography
- a specific layout
- photos at each chapter to immerse you in the world of Seth and his stranger
- The quality of the cream paper remains the same: pleasant to read, with no transparency.
Because reading and culture must remain accessible, I have chosen not to exceed €20 per paperback book.
And my romance ebooks will not exceed €4 🤍
And you, has the price of a hardcover, paperback, or ebook ever made you hesitate?
An affordable collectible
